flights to USA

Love it or hate it, the mighty United States of America is undeniably big, powerful and forever fascinating. Through the wonderful medium of film and television everyone has visited the USA even if they haven’t. Images vary from the Wild, Wild West to beach-babed beaches, the Grand Canyon to the Empire State Building, Louisianna swamps to the Rocky Mountains and that is just skimming the surface. The USA boasts impressive borders with Canada, Mexico, the Atlantic, Pacific and Arctic Oceans, the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico, there is an enormous diversity in geography, topography, demography and the blessing of beautiful coastlines; there are countless world-class cities, contrasting landscapes and a melting pot of people from around the globe, the USA is an immense land of endless surprises.

With fifty states, each shining with it's own personality, a trip to America can be anything you want it to be. Encompassing the two major cities of Boston, and the king of all cities, New York, the Atlantic seaboard and the charm of the New England states constitute one of the nation's biggest draw cards. With sweeping beaches, wine regions, the Napa Valley, the bright and boisterous Las Vegas, star-quality Los Angeles and the road to Mexico, the west coast holds a completely different but equally alluring kind of appeal. For a culture unto it's own, travel to the Deep South. The cradle of many musical forms and hailed as the birthplace of rock n’ roll, the Deep South also claims to have seen the beginnings of jazz, ragtime and country twang. With a colourful Cajun culture and plenty of southern belles, the southern states hold the ingredients for a truly amazing insight into the different life and times of Americans. Of course Hawaii and Alaska are two completely unique states, one being an island chain floating in the middle of the Pacific and the other being a vast Arctic adventure playground.

If you’ve got time on your hands and want to experience a classic American road trip, hire an RV, an obnoxious convertible or some motorbikes and make the trek from Chicago to L.A. along ‘The Mother Road’, ‘the Main Street of America’ - Route 66, the famous highway that attracts millions of open-road adventurists a year. The route itself is as much an attraction as any destination along the way. Here you will see the true nostalgia of the USA, cheesy motels, burger joints, bizarre road side attractions and much much more.

As the cradle for world business, government, news, fashion, film and fame, the United States is truly the land of opportunity. It is the great tradition of the United States to set itself apart from scores of other nations. With that goal in mind and the good fortune of an immensely diverse land, it does just that. America sets the stage for the world's economics, fashion trends and entertainment. America the beautiful, the land of the free - who wouldn’t want to visit?
