Kasbah des Cyprès restores a traditional Skoura kasbah into something closer to a minimalist boutique hotel than a rustic guesthouse — pared-back rooms set inside a genuine working orchard of pomegranate, orange, olive and palm trees, with the Skoura oasis and its famous kasbahs, including Amerhidil, close by.

Days revolve around the orchard and the heated pool: guests are free to wander the grounds, join an orchard-discovery walk, or book a stargazing session under some of Morocco's darkest skies. The restaurant, La Table, runs a full breakfast-through-dinner service, and the whole place leans toward quiet, couple-friendly comfort rather than backpacker energy.
